Hi, I'm Nicole. I help mid-market companies figure out what to actually do with AI.

Not the theoretical stuff. Not the "let's have a six-month discovery process" stuff. The "here's what we can pilot in January with your actual budget" stuff.

After spending 20 years in government, consulting and corporate, at places like Accenture, Deloitte, and Cox Automotive, I learned something that changed everything: the strategies that work for Fortune 500 companies with unlimited budgets almost never work for everyone else.

And honestly? Most companies are everyone else.

Why I Started This

The honest truth? I left my last VP role because I was burned out. I'd spent ten years leading teams through complex transformations, delivering results, and navigating the kind of corporate politics that makes you question your life choices at 2am.

But the breaking point wasn't the workload. It was watching how transformation actually happens (or doesn't) in real companies.

I'd see executives buy expensive AI strategies from big consulting firms, then watch them gather dust because nobody could figure out how to actually implement them with real budgets, real timelines, and real teams who were already overwhelmed.

Meanwhile, the practical guidance these companies actually needed? It didn't exist at a price point they could afford.

So I built this business to fill that gap.

What I Actually Do

I work with directors and VPs at mid-market companies (100-2,000 employees) who are stuck between a rock and a hard place: their CEO keeps asking about AI strategy, their team is nervous about job security, and they've got a budget that wouldn't pay for two weeks of a traditional consulting engagement.

I help them figure out:

  • 🎯 Which 2-3 AI pilots they should actually run (and which ones are just LinkedIn hype)
  • 📊 How to pitch it to leadership so they say yes
  • 💰 What it'll really cost and what can actually wait until next year
  • 👥 How to get buy-in from teams who've heard "this changes everything" a few too many times

The goal isn't to sell you a grand vision. It's to help you show results by Q3 so the AI initiative doesn't die in committee.

My Approach (The Anti-Hype Method)

I test everything myself first. If a tool doesn't work in my own business, I won't recommend it for yours.

I show you the failures alongside the successes. You'll see screen recordings of tools breaking, over-promised features falling flat, and the workarounds that actually solve the problem.

I optimize for the people who have to make this work—you, the middle managers and directors who need budget approval from executives who don't understand AI, and buy-in from teams who are scared of it.

And I'm probably the only AI consultant who'll tell you when not to implement something, even if it means less revenue for me.

The Personal Stuff

When I'm not working, I'm usually planning my next international trip, watching the Cowboys (no, I'm not from TX - I'm from DC. I know...), reading, cooking or catching music festivals. After burning out in corporate, I promised myself I'd build a business that supports the life I actually want to live, focused on the things I love to do.

That means spending a few months a year in places like Costa Rica and Portugal. It means having the flexibility to say no to projects that don't align with my values. And it means proving that you can build a successful business without sacrificing your wellbeing.

I'm also quietly obsessed with the idea that technology can level the playing field. The companies I work with might not have enterprise budgets, but they deserve the same caliber of strategic guidance. That's why I price my services based on what mid-market companies can actually afford, not what big consulting firms think they can extract.

Let's Have an Honest Conversation

You probably have somewhere between $5K-$50K to spend on AI this year. Your boss is asking questions, your team is nervous, and you need to show something tangible by Q3 or this whole thing dies.

You don't need a six-month strategy engagement. You need honest advice about what's actually possible with your budget, your team, and your timeline.

That's exactly the conversation I have every day.
